Once you sign up for services a Scoop2Go representative will contact you to schedule your initial cleanup and walk you through the entire process.
Every Scoop2Go customer is given access to our exclusive Client Portal, where you can login to manage your account and pay for service anytime 24/7.
We offer you the ability to pay by linking a bank account (checking or savings) or you can choose to pay by debit or credit card. Once auto pay is completed, Scoop2Go will generate your invoice and send you a receipt via email. You can always find these records in your customer portal.
Please Note: If payment is not received prior to your first cleaning of the month you will be removed from the service schedule.

01. Arrival Notification
We will send you an “on the way” text before your service begins, usually about an hour before arrival. While we don't require you to be home at the time of service, we do ask that you allow for easy access to the areas to be cleaned and that no dogs known to exhibit aggression be left out in the yard. These things really help to ensure a quick and effective cleanup for everyone.
02. Cleaning Your Yard
Your assigned poop scoop wizard will arrive and begin cleaning up all the dog waste visible in your yard. Scoop2Go trains each of our team members to walk in a proprietary way to minimize the chance of missing any dog droppings. Your scoop master will also walk several passes across your yard to ensure it is thoroughly cleaned and free of all dog poop.
03. Safety Procedures
After clearing your yard of all dog waste, your Scoop2Go technician will snap a photo of the securely closed gate and upload it, giving you peace of mind that your pets are safe inside. To maintain the highest level of cleanliness, our team will also sanitize all scooping equipment with an organic, kennel-grade disinfectant. This extra step helps prevent the spread of bacteria and illness, ensuring a clean and healthy environment for every client.
03. Disposal of Dog Poop
Depending on your location and local ordinances, your Scoop2Go technician will either double-bag the collected dog waste and deposit it in your trash bin or transport it in their service vehicle for proper disposal through Waste Management. In areas where a trash bin isn’t available, the waste will be securely double-bagged and left neatly along the side of your home. This process guarantees safe disposal while adhering to all applicable regulations.
