Yes! Scoop2Go pet waste management services are backed up with an iron-clad 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not happy with the cleanup following a visit and your yard is not badly overgrown or covered with debris, we’ll return within 24 hours to make it right.
Please Note: We require notification within 24 hours of service in order for you to be eligible for a second scooping.
To help us provide top-notch service, please ensure:
Billing occurs on the 1st of each month before services are provided. Initial or one-time cleanups require payment upon completion. If you’re enrolled in recurring services, your first payment will cover the remainder of the current month, with subsequent payments due on the 1st of each following month.
Note: If payment isn’t received before your first service of the month, we’ll need to pause services until payment is processed.
Pet safety is a top priority at Scoop2Go. We thoroughly disinfect our equipment and shoes between yards using a kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs. Plus, we always double-check and secure gates after service.
We’re happy to clean while your dog is in the yard as long as they’re friendly. However, if your dog shows signs of aggression, we ask that you bring them inside during the service to protect our team. If aggressive behavior persists, we may need to remove your property from our route.
Payments are processed through our secure client portal. Once you select your service package and submit your form on our website, we’ll create an account for you and send your login details via email (look for an email from “Sweep&Go”). In the portal, you can access invoices, service history, and securely link your credit/debit card or bank account.

If your service falls on a major holiday, we’ll skip that week and perform a double cleanup the following week. Since waste accumulates over two weeks, regular service charges will still apply.
Yes! While we can’t guarantee all days will be available, we’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule by offering 2-3 options that align with our routes.
We optimize our routes daily to keep costs low, so we can’t guarantee an exact arrival time. Our routes run between 7 AM and dusk. You’ll receive a text notification 10-15 minutes before we arrive.
Note: Your scheduled scoop day will remain consistent each week. If we need to make changes, we’ll notify you in advance.

Nope! You don’t have to be home. We just need easy access to your yard. If your dogs are friendly, we’re happy to work while they’re outside. After the cleanup, we’ll send a picture of your secured gate for your peace of mind.
